Enchanted Color Tiles ("we", "our", or "the App") is a coloring app developed for entertainment purposes. We take your privacy seriously.

1. Information We Collect

Authentication

We use platform-specific sign-in services to authenticate users:

• Sign in with Apple (iOS) — Apple provides your name and, optionally, your email address. You may choose to hide your email using Apple's private relay service.
• Google Sign-In (Android) — Google provides your display name, email address, and profile photo URL.
• Login with Amazon (Amazon devices) — Amazon provides your display name and email address.

This information is used solely for account identification and is stored securely in our database. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other services beyond basic profile information.

Coloring Progress

Your coloring progress is stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud servers so you can continue where you left off.

Generated Images

When you create coloring pages, the text prompts you select (subject, emotion, action, style) are sent to our image generation service. No personal information is included in these prompts.

Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed entirely by your platform's app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Amazon Appstore). We receive only the order ID, product ID, and purchase token to verify and credit your purchase. We do not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Information

• To authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• To display your name and photo on your profile and published artwork
• To save and restore your coloring progress across sessions
• To manage your token balance (daily free tokens, earned tokens, purchased tokens)
• To generate coloring page images based on your selections
• To verify in-app purchases
• To display community gallery content

3. Children's Privacy

This App is designed for use by all ages. We comply with applicable children's privacy regulations:

• We only collect information necessary for the app to function (name and email via platform sign-in)
• We do not display targeted or interest-based advertising
• We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers or data brokers
• We do not use personal data for profiling or behavioral tracking
• All in-app purchases go through your platform's parental controls (Screen Time/Ask to Buy on iOS, Family Link on Android)
• Community gallery content is moderated for age-appropriateness

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Sign in with Apple (iOS) — Authentication. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy
• Google Sign-In (Android) — Authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• Firebase (Google) — Database, file storage, and cloud functions. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play / Amazon Appstore — In-app purchase processing. Subject to each platform's privacy policy.
• Google Gemini — AI image generation for coloring pages. Only text prompts (no personal data) are sent to this service. Google AI Terms

5. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored using Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard security measures. Coloring progress is also stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.

6. Data Retention

Your account data (profile information, coloring progress, and purchase history) is retained as long as your account is active. Token transaction history older than 60 days is automatically deleted. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

7. Your Rights

You can:

• Sign out of the app at any time from the Profile screen
• Delete individual coloring progress from the app
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Delete your account and all cloud-stored data from the Profile screen or by contacting support
• Parents can manage their child's account through Google Family Link

8. Account & Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

• Profile information (display name, email address, profile photo URL)
• Coloring progress and saved artwork
• Generated coloring page images
• Purchase and token transaction history
• Gallery posts and associated content

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.

To delete your account, go to the Profile screen in the app and tap "Delete Account." Alternatively, you can send an email to support@humannpc.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account so we can locate your data.

To remove locally stored data from your device, simply uninstall the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
